We are currently renovating an 1886 Victorian home, carefully preserving its historic character while bringing the structure up to modern standards. This project includes full interior demolition, removal of lath-and-plaster ceilings, and exposure of the original roof framing for structural assessment. Our team installed new electrical, insulation, and a fully reframed vaulted ceiling to enhance both safety and architectural impact. After completing all mechanical upgrades, we finished the space with new drywall, custom lighting, and a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling selected to complement the home’s period charm. Every phase of the work has been executed with precision to honor the home’s history while delivering long-lasting craftsmanship. This renovation exemplifies our commitment to quality, detail, and respectful restoration of historic properties.
This building has a stucco front with 3 large picture windows and uniquely shaped accent windows above. The main store front of this local pharmacy in Windsor needed full reconstruction due to water damage and leakage underneath the stucco. We completely removed all damaged exterior and interior material, as well are replaced structural components and had a specialty stucco company repair and match the new stucco to the old.
